Fidfly operates as a financial service aggregator platform, facilitating the disbursement of loans and insurance policies through partnered banks, non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), and insurance service providers in India. This policy applies to any person ("User") who initiates, intends to initiate, or inquires about any service(s) offered through Fidfly's customer interface channels, including our website, mobile site, mobile app, and offline channels such as sales agents, call centers, and offices (collectively referred to as "Sales Channels"). For the purpose of this policy, "Website" refers to Fidfly's website(s), mobile site(s), and mobile app(s).
By using or accessing our Website or other Sales Channels, you agree to the terms of this Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services. This policy is an integral part of your User Agreement with Fidfly, and all capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the User Agreement.
You may cancel your loan or insurance application before it is approved and disbursed by the respective partner bank, NBFC, or insurance provider. Once an application is approved, funds are disbursed, or an insurance policy is issued, cancellation will be governed by the terms and conditions of the respective financial institution or insurer. Fidfly acts solely as a facilitator and does not control the cancellation policies of third-party partners.
Cancellation requests must be initiated through the Fidfly platform or by contacting our support team, as detailed below. We aim to process cancellations promptly, but the ability to cancel may depend on the stage of the application process and the policies of the involved third-party partner.
To cancel a service application, follow these steps:
Log in to your Fidfly account via the Website or mobile app.
Navigate to the "My Applications" or "Dashboard" section.
Select the specific application you wish to cancel.
Click on the "Cancel Application" button and confirm your request.
You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once the cancellation is processed.

If your loan application has been approved, funds have been disbursed, or an insurance policy has been issued, cancellation is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective partner bank, NBFC, or insurance provider. These entities may impose specific requirements, such as repayment of disbursed amounts, cancellation fees, or notice periods. Fidfly, as a facilitator, cannot override or modify the policies of third-party partners. We recommend reviewing the terms provided by the lender or insurer at the time of application.
To initiate a cancellation after approval, contact the respective partner directly or reach out to Fidfly's support team for assistance in coordinating with the partner. Fidfly will provide reasonable support to facilitate communication but is not responsible for the outcome of such cancellations.
Some partner banks, NBFCs, or insurance providers may charge processing or administrative fees at the time of application. These fees are typically non-refundable, even if you cancel your application before approval, as they cover the costs incurred by the partner during the application process. The applicability and amount of such fees vary by partner and will be communicated to you during the application process.
Fidfly does not charge any cancellation fees for withdrawing an application before approval. However, any fees paid to third-party partners are subject to their refund policies, which Fidfly cannot control. If a refund is applicable, it will be processed by the partner and credited to your original payment method, subject to their processing timelines. For users outside India, cancellation requests are processed in accordance with this policy and applicable local laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act) 2023 and DPDP Rules 2025 for data-related aspects. If you are in the European Union, your cancellation rights are also aligned with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), ensuring transparency and the right to withdraw consent for data processing related to your application. For users in California, we comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) regarding data handling during cancellations.

If the application has already been forwarded to a partner bank or insurer, the processing time may depend on their internal procedures.
In cases where the cancellation request cannot be processed (e.g., post-disbursement), Fidfly will notify you promptly and provide guidance on next steps, including contacting the relevant partner directly.
Cancelling an application does not affect your Fidfly account status or your ability to submit future applications, unless otherwise specified by a third-party partner due to their policies (e.g., restrictions on reapplying within a certain period). Your personal information associated with the cancelled application will be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
If you wish to delete personal information related to a cancelled application, you may request this by emailing [email protected]. Certain data may be retained to comply with legal, regulatory, or audit requirements.
Fidfly collaborates with various third-party partners, including banks, NBFCs, and insurance providers, to facilitate services. When you cancel an application, Fidfly will notify the relevant partner to halt further processing. However, the partner's ability to cancel the application depends on their internal policies and the stage of processing. Fidfly is not liable for any delays, fees, or restrictions imposed by third-party partners during the cancellation process.
We recommend reviewing the terms and conditions of the selected partner at the time of application to understand their cancellation policies, including any applicable fees or penalties.
If you encounter issues with a cancellation, such as delays or disputes with a third-party partner, Fidfly's support team will assist in coordinating with the partner to resolve the matter. However, disputes arising from third-party policies are subject to their resolution mechanisms. Fidfly will provide reasonable assistance but is not responsible for the final outcome of such disputes.
